The client wanted the ultimate in fine residence for its high-profile clients. BluEnt managed the multi-tower residential apartment in New Delhi´s posh locality, Greater Kailash. With a portfolio of rich clients taking up the super-specialty flats, money was not a constraint for the developer. However, the building had to be occupancy-ready in a tight schedule of eight months.

The developer turned to BluEnt for executing the project within the stipulated timescale, without fail. BluEnt improvised its time scheduling than previous projects and achieved the mark. With malls and multiplex cinemas sprouting in India´s metros, the client wanted to tap the virgin market of the tier-II city, Kanpur. The client sought BluEnt´s expertise in building a two-screen Cineplex, along with a multi cuisine restaurant, kids´ game zone, and curio stalls. The fast growth of consumerism is rapidly adding retail space to the Indian marketplace. The client wanted a flagship Sony World store located in an uptown market of New Delhi. BluEnt delicately designed the interiors of three floors of retail space meant for selling hi-tech electronic merchandise. A detailed analysis of the footfall was conducted while keeping in mind the design taste of the relatively upmarket customers. The project was accomplished in precisely three months.
